My Healing Journey
From a young age, I felt deeply drawn to the world of healing. I often accompanied my grandmother to her dialysis treatments for Type 2 diabetes. Her passing when I was just nine years old from a preventable illness left a profound and lasting impact on me.
Years later, as a mother, I faced a different kind of challenge. My daughter developed severe eczema, allergies, and sensitivities that conventional medicine couldn't explain or resolve. Determined to uncover the root cause, I dove deep into the worlds of herbalism, functional nutrition, detoxification pathways, microbiome health, energy healing, and mindset work.
That journey not only brought lasting relief to my daughter it also led to my own healing. I overcame chronic fatigue, persistent acne, and candida overgrowth, all by addressing the body as a whole.
Today, I’m a certified Integrative Healing Practitioner and Reiki Master. I merge the science of functional lab testing with intuitive insight to co-create deeply personalized protocols that support true, root-cause healing.
My mission is to help others reclaim their energy, clarity, and sense of well-being through a holistic approach that honors the entire being because healing isn’t a luxury. It’s essential.
I’m also the author of Moon Cat (PawPrints Publishing, November 4, 2025) a dreamy bedtime story that gently encourages mindfulness and comfort in children. Inspired by the meditations I created for my own family, the book reflects my core belief: that health begins with a supported mindset, and grows with the tools to nurture it.
