In Person appointments for Reiki

I strive to maintain an open, professional, and therapeutic space for each client.  Whether this is your first Reiki session or you've been to another Reiki healers before, please review the following etiquette before booking so that we both know what to expect.  

Please be mindful of personal hygiene before Reiki so you can fully enjoy the aromatherapy.  

Please arrive on time and leave after your session.  I allow 1.5 hours total to give enough time for integration and feedback after our session.  Anything over that takes away from your time on the table and my ability to prepare for another client or transition out of my workday.  If I know you personally, socializing is better for me outside the context of the session.  Thank you for helping me stay in a Reiki Master mindset while I'm in the studio.  

Please do not show up to the appointment under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  This is in everyone's best interest, and I reserve the right to charge in full and cancel the appointment if the client in under the influence.  Ideally refrain from caffeine to be able to relax too.  

My practice is a therapeutic, professional space.  Any sexual, romantic, or flirtatious jokes, innuendos or advances will be cause for a termination of the session with full payment due.  

Please give 48 hours' notice for cancellations or to reschedule the appointment.  No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged in full.  If I am able to find someone to take your appointment you will not be charged.  If I can't find someone, you may transfer your session to someone else to avoid the cancellation fee.  

Reschedule as soon as you present symptoms of flu, or infection.  This includes fever. sore throat, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.  I will not charge you for canceling under these circumstances and greatly appreciate the courtesy.
